The color palette of these low-slung sneakers is regal. Canvas overlays, Swooshes and laces are done up with a deep burgundy hue while the cross-hatch textures that make up the toe boxes, quarters and collars are coated in an off-white tone. Stark black trimming also pokes out underneath the aforementioned Nike checks as well as the rear-end overlays. The most enticing features of the kicks are the gilded embellishments. The lace dubraes have been molded into the shape of gold medals and split between a basketball on the right shoe and a Nike logo on the left. Additionally, the lateral heels are adorned with arching stars, a “Just Do It” spell-out and the year 2023 in Roman numerals.
